Basic grooming: the freshen-up.
Our basic cat and dog packages include a bath and the essential grooming steps listed on their service pages. These include nail care, brushing, ear and eye-area cleaning, paw care and drying, with the precise inclusions varying between cats and dogs.
Basic grooming does not include the full haircut and styling offered in the full packages. It is worth reading the entire list for your pet rather than choosing on the package name alone.
Full grooming: with a haircut or trim.
Our full cat packages add hairstyle, haircut or trimming, plus final cutting if required. Our full dog packages add coat trimming and fur styling.
Tell us the result you have in mind when you message. A photo and a description of your pet’s current coat can help us discuss which option suits the appointment.
Find your pet’s category.
Cats have adult and kitten options; the kitten packages are listed for pets less than three months old. Dog packages use the published bands: small up to 9 kg, medium 10–24 kg, and large above 25 kg. If your dog falls between these bands, including exactly 25 kg, ask us to confirm the category.
Parrot packages are listed by size with example species. Send your bird’s species and size so we can confirm the right option, especially around a size boundary. Rabbits, deer, guinea pigs and iguanas each have a separate package with their own inclusions.
Know what you’re booking.
Every package page lists the price in AED and all of its inclusions. Items marked “if requested”, “if required” or “if necessary” retain those conditions.
